// AI-Native Bitcoin Market Intelligence
Bitcoin intelligence you can verify.
What Agent 21 is
Agent 21 is the AI-native interface to Secret Satoshis research, data, and market frameworks: an AI agent built on live on-chain data and current Bitcoin network state.
What it is built on
Ask a general-purpose chatbot about Bitcoin and it answers from whatever it absorbed during training, with no way for you to check where any of it came from. Agent 21 retrieves the data at the moment you ask, tells you which source it used, and dates it.
That is the difference. Not that it is an AI — that it is wired to things you can check.
The Secret Satoshis research comes first. Agent 21 carries the published work as a knowledge source:
The yearly market outlook, the framework for evaluating Bitcoin against your own time horizon.
The bitcoin foundations — what Bitcoin is, and how the technology works.
That means Agent 21 does not answer from a general impression of Bitcoin. It answers from the same analysis published here.
Then the live data. Where a question needs current numbers, Agent 21 retrieves them from four sources at the moment you ask:
Bitcoin Research Kit — live and historical Bitcoin market and on-chain series, retrieved live rather than recalled from memory.
Mempool.space — current network state, plus exact blocks, transactions, and any address you ask about.
Polymarket — prediction-market context, treated as market-implied expectations rather than forecasts.
GitHub — our open pipelines and notebooks behind the data, readable directly.
The combination is the point: a body of published analysis, wired to current data, with both sides verifiable.
How it behaves
Most of what separates a useful analyst from a confident one is discipline. Agent 21’s is written into its instructions:
It names its source and dates it. Every retrieved number arrives with where it came from and when it was observed.
It says when it does not know. If current data is unavailable, it tells you — rather than substituting a stale or guessed number.
No hype, no fabricated precision. Measured language, and no certainty the evidence does not support.
You do not have to take that on trust. Agent 21’s full instructions, knowledge index, and tool definitions are public: read them on GitHub.
How to use it

Follow our thesis
When we got into Bitcoin in 2016, it was still easy to dismiss — years before ETFs, institutional products, or most of the infrastructure that exists today.
The technology worked, the network had been running for years, and almost nobody had worked out what it was for yet. Taking it seriously then meant looking at capability that was already real and adoption that had barely started.
We think AI is at that point now. The models and the tooling are improving faster than anyone is building uses for them, and most of what AI will eventually do for research and analysis has not been built yet.
Agent 21 is us taking that seriously in the one domain we know well. It is early, and it is meant to be — the point is to build with the technology as it develops rather than wait for it to settle.
That is the same shape as our Bitcoin thesis. The technology is further along than the use of it, and the interesting work is in closing that gap.
